Arcadia Biosciences, Inc.

Ademi LLP is investigating Arcadia (NASDAQ: ICLK) for possible breaches of fiduciary duty and other violations of law in its transaction with Roosevelt Resources.

Following the closing of the transaction, the current equity owners of Roosevelt Resources and the Arcadia shareholders expected to own approximately 90% and 10%, respectively, of the outstanding shares of Arcadia. Arcadia insiders will receive substantial benefits as part of change of control arrangements.
