IN RE: POLYURETHANE FOAM ANTITRUST LITIGATION.  Represented indirect purchasers in this antitrust action against major polyurethane manufacturers.  Settlement of $151 Million

IN RE: PACKAGED SEAFOOD PRODUCTS ANTITRUST LITIGATION.  Represented the indirect purchaser class of end users in this antitrust action.  Settlements of $156 million.

IN RE: AUTOMOTIVE WIRE HARNESS SYSTEMS ANTITRUST LITIGATION.  Represented the indirect purchaser class in this antitrust action.  Settlements of over $1.2 billion.

IN RE: LIBERTY REFUND ANTICIPATION LOAN LITIGATIONRepresented consumers in this class action against Liberty in this consumer class action.  Settlement of $5.3 Million.

IN RE: PILOT FLYING J FUEL REBATE CONTRACT LITIGATION.  Represented consumers in this action against Pilot/Flying J in this consumer class action.  Settlement of $72 Million.

IN RE: AUTOMOTIVE REFINISHING PAINT ANTITRUST LITIGATION.  Represented direct purchasers in this antitrust action against major car paint manufacturers, including Sherwin Williams, Akzo Nobel, DuPont, PPG Industries and BASF.  Settlement of more than $108 million.

IN RE: BOA CREDIT PROTECTION MARKETING AND SALES PRACTICES LITIGATION  Represnted consumers in this consumer class action against Bank of America.  Settlement of $20 Million.
