IN RE: DHB INC. SECURITIES LITIGATION Representing Lead Plaintiff against DHB. Settlement of $64 million pending.
IN RE: SPIEGEL, INC. SECURITIES LITIGATION Co-Lead counsel against Spiegel Inc. Settlement of $17.5 million, representing nearly 50% recovery.
IN RE: EFUNDS CORPORATION SECURITIES LITIGATION Co-Lead counsel against eFunds. Settlement of $2.5 million despite dismissal on summary judgment.
